Bean Salad


  • 1 regular size can of kidney, cut green and yellow wax and garbanzo beans – rinsed and drained.
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • 4 oz jar pimento
  • 1 can artichokes, quartered
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts


Heat together

¾ cup of sugar
¾ cup of vinegar
¼ t garlic powder
2 to 3 dashes of Tabasco
¾ t dill
dash of pepper

Make up “Good Seasons Garlic and Herbs” and add to marinade

Toss together and refrigerate
